The Production Process

Experienced scientists create CoQ10 and Ubiquinol that’s biochemically identical to the nutrients your body naturally produces. Throughout the entire process, Kaneka’s scientists closely monitor and test the products for quality. Every Kaneka ingredient is produced and tested in a strictly controlled environment, which maintains the products’ integrity.

Continuous Quality Testing

After Kaneka’s products are packaged and shipped, Kaneka researchers and technicians continue to analyze the quality of the supplements. Kaneka team members purchase samples online and from a variety of retail stores and bring them back to the Quality Control Lab. There, each sample is tested for any abnormalities. By continuously testing the quality of product at this stage, Kaneka can identify and correct any issues in the manufacturing, packaging, or shipping processes, ensuring end consumers receive supplements of the highest quality.
