How to Read a Supplement Label

Manufacturers must, by law, provide certain nutrition information on U.S. dietary supplement product labels in what is called a “Supplement Facts” panel. You can find this label on all types of supplements such as multivitamins and Ubiquinol CoQ10.

The rules for supplement labels are very specific and sometimes complex. Without going into all the details, here’s a handy infographic showing how to read a supplement label.
